Our Company

American Marine Products was established in 1968 as one of the first suppliers of welded frame windshields for the small boat marketplace. In the intervening 37 years, this privately held company has grown steadily in size and product offerings. As additional space was needed to support more products and larger volumes, the company moved in 1989 from its original location in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to larger quarters in Pompano Beach, Florida.

The company designs and manufactures products primarily for the OEM recreational and light commercial boat builders. Products manufactured include windshields, windows, entry doors, shower doors and other related marine items. Most of these products are designed for use on specific boat models, thereby providing the boat designer the ability to create a unique styling, or fit within established deck and bulkhead constraints. American Marine's products can be seen on Albemarle, Bertram, Cabo, Century, Carolina Classic, Contender, Dusky, Ellis, Baha Cruisers, Grady White, Island Packet, Ocean Master, Pursuit, Rampage, Regulator, Shamrock, Strike, Tiara, and True North boats, among others.

A small portion of the company's capacity is devoted to window, windshield and door fabrication for the small custom builder, the repair yard, or the individual boat owner. Our custom fabrication service yields the same high quality products as those manufactured for our production customers.
